If so, our Sleep to Live workshop may be the answer! Usually offered on a one-to-one basis, not only will you learn tools and techniques to help you sleep soundly, but you’ll also experience the wonderful relaxation which hypnotherapy provides.
Many of our clients have trouble sleeping. The reasons for this can vary dramatically from person to person. But no matter what the reason, there are things that you can do which will help.
The lack of sleep can dramatically and negatively affect your quality of life. Having trouble sleeping should not be underestimated.
From being sluggish in the morning and finding it hard to get up, right through to not being able to function properly. You may be clumsy, forgetful, feel like you can’t process information correctly, have brain fog… and being over tired can cause physical illness too.
Because the lack of sleep is such a serious issue for so many of our clients, we created this workshop and have been seeing some remarkable results.

Why we need to sleep
Most people instinctively know they need sleep, but few understand the real benefits to our lives… and, of course, the serious consequences of not sleeping well.
How we can create good sleep hygiene
Have you ever even considered sleep hygiene? Most people haven’t. Yet it is a vital part of the act of sleeping.
Tips and Advice for Immediate Implementation
We don’t just explain the theory. We give you tools and tips which you can implement immediately after the workshop. Your sleep will improve from that night forwards.
Live hypnosis for sleep
Whilst hypnosis does not automatically cause you to sleep as it is simply a form of deep relaxation, should you instruct your mind to allow you to sleep, this is possible.
Following the workshop, you receive a recording of the live hypnosis session to listen to each night which will put your mind back into that relaxed state and allow sleep to happen naturally.
